I really needed to update that thing.  Hooray...first journal of 2012 and I have nothing to say.  As much as I would like to wish everyone "happy holidays" every day, it's a bit outdated now. Anyway, I usually don't take very many pictures in the winter because it's usually quite boring outside.  This winter was quite the exception.  We had a very mild winter, and we actually saw some hoar frost last weekend.  I can't really remember ever seeing hoar frost in my life, so I got a camera and took a load of pictures.  It was very beautiful, and I almost forgot how cold it was outside.  The second round of photos came last night when I got bored

Whether it's Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or anything else, I hope everyone has a fun holiday season. Oh, and since it's December 21st, you can start counting down the days to the supposed "end of the world" next year.  It's about 366 days away since 2012 is a leap year.
